The Sleep Inn hotel was not as good as it looks in pictures.. the first night me and my partner arrived the person behind the counter was very rude to us. He kept telling us we need to pay first before our room is booked and he said it countless times but we already knew we had to pay, we were just waiting for him to allow us to pay. We get into the room and we noticed a couple things. One being the lack of towels and the other being the fact the microwave did not work. We had to go downstairs 4 times the first night saying that we needed more towels. The staff told us we have to wait until housekeeping comes. We let a night go by without saying anything. The next morning, we go downstairs and ask again for towels and wash cloths. We were told that the hotel is only able to allow two towels and wash cloths for the entire duration of the stay and there was nothing he could do about it. Then, the guy behind the counter asked how many towels and wash cloths we needed and proceeded to tell us to bring the dirty ones down to the lobby and handed us a bag to put them in.. only then we he allow us access to more towels. He was a very rude indian guy. The next morning I cam downstairs to get breakfast around 8am.. there was a man standing behind me waiting for me to get done getting food for my partner and I. I found that very creepy because why are you so eager to shut down the breakfast area? It was crazy to me. I do not recommend ANYONE stay here! 0/10!

Was a quick and easy process checking in... Hotel Shuttle was a plus. $100 deposit (I'm sure will NOT be refunded) Front desk clerk told use has no access to towels if maintenance isn't there. No 24hr maintenance. Breakfast was Jimmy Dean Microwave sandwich or WAFFLE Simple stay for your budget. Ruby Tuesday's your only dining option Hit or Miss Bartender Aaliyah gave us Superior SERVICE
