The only thing we did not like was that housekeeping was extremely limited. For a four night stay, we only had housekeeping one time, and that was only because we asked for it. They left no extra towels, no extra toilet paper and only made one bed and left the other unmade

Booked months in advance and couldn’t get my two rooms near each other. The lady at the check in counter- I think her name was Anita- had the worst attitude and was so rude to me while checking out. She needs customer service training.

We stayed in the Dennis Tower 7th floor directly above the yard and that makes for several hours a day of loud music blaring into your room. We took bets as we walked the halls about whether the staff would finally pickup a metal clip in the hallway. Let’s say it’s seen better days. Casino was clean of course as was high end dining. Food court was a little out of the way but good selection. For the price it was a nice visit to the beach.
