Always happy whenever I come here!!!
It's my second time staying here, and to be honest, I don't like staying here... I LOVE STAYING HERE! I feel as though it's a place that I should have discovered years ago, and now I finally have. I always look forward to seeing the staff, who are always courteous, friendly, kind-hearted and always doing a wonderful job. I especially love the check-in process. I can't wait to come back!!!

We've been staying at this establishment for some years now and to be greeted by mice blew me away. Hopefully they will get things under control because its a cozy and clean place to crash out in times of need.The staff is wonderful and cater to needs. Hopefully things work out because I do plan on booking a room next year Gods willing

We stayed here during the 4th of July weekend. From the beginning, the front desk woman who works the morning is extremely rude and arrogant. The lobby was tiny and other people who were staying were arguing with her every time we went through the lobby. The entire hotel is sketchy and not updated whatsoever and they charged us over $700 for a 3 night stay. Pretty pricing for that kind of hotel. Yes, it is a walk to the beach/boardwalk and the room was okay. It’s the only plus mind you. The area is sketchy especially for a family. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve read many reviews especially on google from months to years ago responding to negative reviews saying they will fix the complaints I stated above. Yet, I can tell you nothing has been done. Spend your money and go to the Showboat, Tropicana, etc.

We first checked into a room where we found a clump of hair on the ground and crumbs. We asked the front desk about getting it cleaned. They responded great and gave us a different room that was much cleaner and was more updated. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and good service. The area around the hotel is iffy. I would say to do your research prior to going. It’s very close to the beach and has parking for hotel guests for a fee.

Breakfast time should be extended till 10am, missed it both days. More vending machines would be ideal for snacks and drinks. Didn't feel safe walking to 711 after dark for snacks.
