Please remember that our home is in a residential area, and we need to be respectful to our neighbors.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
TV
We have a Smart TV with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. You will need to sign in with your credentials. Please do not forget to sign out! We also have local cable channels only.
FIREPLACE
We have a beautiful mantle fireplace on the 1st floor. Unfortunately it is not working. =(
PARKING
Up to a max of 3 cars to park on the driveway only and 3 parking passes for street parking. Please be mindful and obey all street signs. We are not responsible for any parking tickets and or violations. **PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN PARKING PASSES BEFORE YOU LEAVE-A $200 PER PASS FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION IF TAKEN. **
TRASH
Trash day is MONDAY.
If you are staying over night on Sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could bring the trash receptacles (trash & recycling) to the curb Sunday night or early Monday morning.
If this cannot be done, please let us know and we will send someone to assist you.
GRILL
There is a grill in the driveway. Please make sure it is turned off when not in use.
OUTDOOR SHOWER
We have an enclosed outdoor shower.
INFANTS/ KIDS
We welcome children of all ages. Guests will need to supply their own child supplies (i.e. high chair, pack n play), and the home is not child proofed.
Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
□ Absolutely NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY PREMISE.
No smoking inside or outside the property -$250 fine if detected.
□ No more than the number of people booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected.
□ If anyone under 18 is in the group, primary renter must be 25+ to book the reservation & must be on premises at all times.
□ Please remove shoes when entering the home.
□ Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am (50 decibels).
□ Primary renter must have a valid government ID & phone number on file.
□ Unfortunately we do not allow late checkout (unless otherwise agreed & confirmed with owner) to respect our cleaners schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
□ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
