Awful check-in experience, room wasn't ready at 2pm. Came back 6 hours later and it still wasn't ready. Self service kiosks didn't work so had to stand in line for another hour just to get a lesser room (2 Queens instead of King which I booked).

Harrah’s hotel was an amazing trip away from home. My only issue being some of the appliances in the room wasn’t working such as the lights. But overall was a fun time. Love that the casino was downstairs.
