I prepaid , so why is it necessary to keep a copy of my license even after asking for that copy on checking out. No complaints on breakfast. The room service is little to none. My bath cloths were torn and dirty, no one come around for trash. Let’s say you get what you pay for! Checked out earlier than scheduled. I feel I was generous on ratings

It was clean smells fresh and rooms are in good condition .. nice beds and clean bathrooms , staff was very nice and friendly and willing to help, Breakfast was not bad they have a lot of options ..we had a good stay

My first assigned room had mold all on the Curtain Floor and furniture. Smell very bad. They switched me to another room which still smell bad but was a lot cleaner, although the sheets had stains. The toilet seat was very dirty. The staff was Accommodating to the best of their ability to clean that room and change out only the fitted sheet. (thankfully, I brought my own blanket). The hot tub didn’t have hot water it was coming out warm. Overall, this is an older property and needs a total makeover. They could be cleaner.

Nice Stop In Green Jacket Country

Check in was quick and easy. Desk clerk could not have been nicer. The room was large and clean but I had to solve the mystery of how to engage the shower (pull down on the ring located at the water spout). Many thanks to the desk clerk for his assistance. Unfortunately, the room phone to call the front desk DID NOT WORK - not a good thing - even in the age of cell phones.

Flight canceled due to weather and cyber issues on 7/18 and 7/19. Called immediately to cancel. Was told "NO PROBLEM". Also told that no charges on credit card until check in. Called numerous times. Most of the time, no answer. Did leave message, no return call. Corporate HQ also was NO HELP. Horrible organization to deal with.
