This was our first Candlewood stay. We were pleasantly surprised! There were quite a few shopping/dining options available. Both Dutch Bros and Starbucks were a short walk away and the staff was extremely friendly!! The only downfall was the weird smell in the elevator we couldn’t figure out, but the stairs are always an option.

Amazing stay....staff was extremely accomodating since I had an issue with the guest above me making noise after 10:30pm. This issue was dealt with and resolved. The room was clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped to stay on an extended trip. I was only in for one night. I would stay here again anytime! A+++++

Check in staff was very nice and explained all the amenities available. Asked night staff for makeup remover wipes since I forgot mine and she brought some to my room and included a cleansing face soap… nice touch. Overall a great stay!!

This just was not it for me
Front desk staff were all very nice. Checked in at 430pm & room was just finishing up getting cleaned. Got to room & realized the bed had tiny red spots that looked like blood spatter & tiny hairs all over it so asked them for a new set of sheets/blankets. Front desk staff & Housekeeping manager were very apologetic but the lady who just finished cleaning my room wasn’t happy with me. She mean-mugged me every chance she could over the course of my stay. Room just didn’t feel clean, carpet stains throughout. Bathroom was questionable. Shower wasn’t enjoyable. No housekeeping during the stay, we had to bring down our towels/washcloths to the front desk to exchange for new ones when needed. Also had to come down to request toilet paper. No breakfast. This was my first & last time staying at a Candlewood Suites.
