The hotel looks great until you really oay attention. Whether it’s the carpet coming up as you enter the elevator almost causing you to trip, to the dirt/sooot collection above the vent in my room causing concern for the cleanliness. Little details Breakfast only had sausage on the weekend. No chocolate milk. Coffee was weak. No sugar substitutes like stevia, only the pink and yellow packets. No non dairy creamer, had to walk across the street for Starbucks multiple times. Music in the main foyer was kind of loud, day and night. Suite had no privacy, as door closures were pure glass. Sofa sleeper was on its last legs, and the springs were sticking out. I would stay there again, however I’d ask for something away from the foyer, and I’d bring a thick mattress pad for the sofa sleeper.

Property Location was ok..but when you're at the airport and need a shuttle, service is horrible! Be ready to wait hours for someone to even show up! No one answers the phone and then they get rude and give you the runaround! Never again will I stay here for that reason! I could have driven home faster than the shuttle took to pick me up...and I'm hour and a half away!

We chose this location because it was close to the job we had in the area. We won’t be back. The room itself was okay, except for the obvious water stain on the ceiling from a leak. Thankfully it wasn’t raining, or I’m sure that would have been a different story. You had to close the door pretty hard for it to shut behind you in the room, otherwise it would stay propped open. The elevator was really run down, with a panel to the emergency phone broken. A bullet hole at the top of the door of the elevator, made you wonder what happened there. Our truck tool box was broken into between 1-5am sometime, and when asked if we could see the cameras, were told there were none on the property. The layout is confusing as well. We were on the 5th floor, and ended up finding the elevator eventually, tucked away at the very end of the hall. Don’t bother looking at the ceiling as you’re walking to the elevator either cause there’s mold spots where obvious water leaks have occurred and been ignored. The stay definitely could have been better, especially for the price of our stay. If you’re traveling for work, and have anything of value in the toolbox I’d recommend somewhere that has a surveillance system. We were parked in the front, where it was lighted most of the night, and they still managed to get away with not being seen.

Horrible first hour at this hotel
No one was at the front for almost 30 minutes to check in and then on my way to my room I got trapped in the elevator, with no one answering the emergency phone or when I called the front desk and when I finally got to my room the AC was blowing hot air.

Close to airport. Front desk lady was great. The hotel was dirty, room had strange bathroom doors that didn't close, faucet was not attached to the counter top, shower was gross and leaked alot. I would not stay here again.

Some quarkey things in the room like the panel on the AC fell open in the middle of the night. There were boogers on the wall by the toilet and the shower water would not shut off completely. Staff were great and went the extra mile (literally, came and got me just after the last scheduled shuttle run), and helped me with my bags!

Our room smelt like a wet dog. Our floor was soaking wet. Went down to the lobby to get a blank was greated with a blank stare and then told if they could find one they would bring it. The nice lady who checked us in delivered a blanket later. When she arrived i told her about the smell and wet floors she changed our rooms. She promptly changed our room, that one smelt like moldy also. Check out was easy. Beds were comfy. Our complimentary shampoos were used and barely had anything in them. Overall... not a recommeded hotel.
