We have stayed here twice this month. Once for a romantic night away and again with the kids (ages 18 and 14). We love the big bathroom area in the family room, the pool, spa, sauna facilities and enjoyed playing Pool and Table tennis! The onsite restaurant has all you need and live music on the weekends too! Needless to say, we will be back! Our new fave place to enjoy time away from home!!

We were delighted by this hotel, we could find no fault in any area. The staff were all friendly and helpful, requests in the restaurant were met, for example changing chips for more vegetables. The food was consistently of good quality and well priced. Parking was outside our room. The room itself was very well maintained with a small kitchen area with a kettle, toaster and toasted sandwich maker. Supplies were replaced every day. The possibility to launder clothes, free of cost would be very useful during a longer stay. The pool and gym facilties were excellent, not only running machines etc. But also table tennis, a tennis court etc. The pool itself was clean and had water jets and jacuzzi pools as well as a sauna and small changing area. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Great location with lots of amenities
What a lovely little place. The whole place was impeccable clean and tidy and a great location for my 8 year old son who loved the indoor pool, wish we had more time for the table tennis etc. We ate in the attached pub and it was good quality pub grub. Beds where comfortable and a great location for Sovereign Hill museum. Would highly recommend and if we every come back would stay.

The only problem was when we arrived they were closing the pool for the day. They did offer a pool pass for the next day after check out if we wanted it, which was very accomodating. We have stayed here before and loved it then too. That time we were able to swim in the pool and it was beautiful. Heated, clean, accesable and just overall relaxing. Highly recommend staying here, it is pricey but you get great amenities and you are only steps from a very yummy restaurant and bar. This time we had brekkie delivered first thing, and my mouth is still salivating over it. Avococado and tomato on toast with feta and egg. So delicious and fresh! We were also lucky enough to stay in a family spa suite. This was very clean with great little kitchenette containing microwave toaster and a bar fridge. They supplied tea cofffee and couple of starter milk containers. We also had shampoo conditiiner soap bars and liquid soap supplied as well. The spa was awesome and the shower was so relaxing. We will be back!

A beautifully renovated room in a quiet location. Great bathroom. The bed was like sleeping on bricks. That made the whole stay unpleasant. What a pity. We always liked this venue.
