We didn’t receive any cleaning service, no towels we have to use same towels two days in a row, no beds were made !! But,friendly front desk staffs, hotel is located in perfect location to all sightseeing spots

This old hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions and venues. The hotel has some signs of age, but still has aged gracefully. Our room was renovated fairly recently and was decent. The drawers in the dresser kept sliding open on their own; either Babe Ruth's ghost did it, or the floor is slanted. The bathroom was fine, but the bathtub tile was old and dingy, like it was left over from the 1950s. Fix that, and everything adds up to a good stay. Thanks.

Overall it was nice and close to our venue. The restaurant was extremely slow and many patrons were waiting a long time for food. The morning buffet ran out of coffee and took a long time to replenish it. Tables needed updating as they were very sticky even after being wiped off.

This was a great place to stay while attending a conference. It’s also right across from ravens stadium. Staff was friendly however the place as a hole seemed poorly managed. Especially the bar and restaurant. The staff is slow and unresponsive. The lobby bar did have a great vibe though, and was bustling most evenings. The staff just couldn’t keep up, which from our experience drove people to go elsewhere.

Beautiful Downtown Hotel
The lobby is so beautiful and the room was lovely. You can certainly see the age in some things but that's part of the charm. Right across the street from the Arena so SUPER convenient and the staff was really great! Would definitely stay here again.
