Arriving at 12 midnight with the goal of getting 5 hours of sleep before my flight out at 8 am, I experienced slow, inept check in. At one point, the woman said I would need to wait an hour or two for a room. I told her to try again and she miraculously found a room for me. The shuttle van drivers are all wonderful and helpful.

Superb - convenient, friendly, overall excellent
Incredibly convenient - choice of walking or airport shuttle from the Bangkok airport. Staff is clearly used to catering to travelers, check in/out is seamless, dining options are open early and late, and room service food is good. I stayed here both at the beginning and the end of a longer trip, and will stay here any time I have to travel through Bangkok airport in the future!!

I had a pre-paid reservation. i did the pre-check in before leaving home, which was told to me would speed my check in. Due to the time of my flights arrival, I was scheduled to arrive at 1:00am, so I phoned the hotel from Los Angeles to confirm my flight arrival time to insure my room would be available. I was assured check in was 24 hours per day and all was well. Upon arrival I announced my reservation and was told there were no rooms available and but i could wait in the closed restaurant until a room became available. i inquired how long that would be and was told 1-3 hours. I have traveled to over 35 countries and stayed in hotels all over the world and i have never had anything like this experience. What is the point of making a reservation, if the hotel obviously operates on a first come first serve basis. After traveling for 30 hours, with a triple guaranteed reservation, I am told, at 1:00am to wait 3 hours for my room. I asked, if it was a joke. Again, what is the point of taking reservations when they mean nothing. The entire experience would be a nightmare if it was not the most egregious, awful hotel experience i have ever had. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

A lovely hotel and convenient for next day air flights. Very nice pool area. Given its location within the airport, not a lot of dining other than that provided by hotel but as expected. Room was a bit tired looking - beat up walls and furniture, but clean and comfortable bed. Not sure if there was some other purpose for the guys directing elevator traffic - it felt odd for them to show us the open elevator every time we came up or down…a bit overkill.

I called the hotel days in advance to switch the room type (room was mistakenly booked as twin) from twin to king, I was told on the phone the switch had been made. But when I got to the hotel I ended up with a twin (I was traveling alone). Room service (which included beers) was delivered without a bottle opener and there were none in the room, I had to waste time looking for one and ask multiple times for one , by that time the food was cold. Rooms are not soundproof and it's hard to sleep with the noise coming from the other rooms with people getting up at all kinds of time given it's an airport hotel. But beds are very comfy, the food is very good. But everything including the cost of the room itself is way overpriced for what you get. Of course having to walk only a few minutes indoors to go to the airport is convenient.

This hotel is convenient as it’s attached to the airport. However, the rooms are dated and in need up an update. Hallway carpets are filthy. Rooms are a very long way from the elevators. Luggage has to be pulled along a think carpet and a long way the beds were just ok I would say ‘ broken in’ I would t stay here again even for an overnight

If u have only a couple of days in bgk select this hotel for its convenience and comfort..food quality could be better but hell it runs 24*7 so will give it a wide berth..the sky train terminalis a hop skip and jump away..quickest way to the city

Great thing about this hotel is it's location, right next to the airport. Great for early morning flights aut if BKK. Property is clean and beautiful. Rooms were good, beds were fine. Could use some UBS ports.
