Good location... some construcion happening next to our room causing lots of banging. We were told we could move to another room, however we are completely settled in for 4 days and dont really want to pack up and unpack. Lets hope today is better.

From check in to check out staff members were very courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. Security was a paramount! Club snack hour and breakfast hour were great. Activities hour were also excellent! One lacking, for me & not for many, was the availability of hot sauces or Thai hot chili peppers. For being in Thailand, I was personally disappointed! ;-)

Great hotel, terrible room

We stayed in the largest suite, the room I think is the most expensive in the hotel or certainly one of the most. Walking in to the room the smell of a sewer hits you. The master bedroom bathroom just smelled awful. So bad it actually woke me up. Also, the hot water didn't work. I had to call maintenance to fix it. Took 20 mins. The hotel itself is lovely and modern. Wonderful dining and spa. If only the room lived up to the rest of the hotel.

The staff was fantastic. Cleanliness was very good. Fantastic location along the river. The wifi was a total mess, logged us out all time and we couldn't use it in our room. Got help from the staff but it didn't help. The pool could have a bit warmer.

We got the best view of chao Praya river , room # 1530 We had a good time to celebrate new year 2025 Fantastic memories of fireworks and panorama view Also best customer service from the staffs Welcome service at check in point

Good Stay

The rooms are a bit old, but the hotel was great. The staff were super friendly and nice. Location wise it was great, the complimentary boat service was awesome. Yet they over-charged us (like a lot) for breakfast and that kinda a mess.

The staff were great, and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is outdated. Amenities like sauna was not working..there was a lizard in the Steam room, so it didn't seem like the place was used often or maintained well. It's walking distance to the shopping centre, restaurants in the area were okay.
