Absolutely differ with the picture. Conditions of hotel is clean but it didn’t meet what I expected. I checked out one day earlier since I don’t really want to stay another night there. I rather spend a little bit more to get another hotel with at least a good condition
I was staying on the 5th floor, which is called ‘Superior Room’, but I could no longer flush a toilet nor take a shower because of the too low pressure of water supply. A good thing is that power supply and air conditioner worked and I could use WiFi for my laptop/iPhone.
Bad hotel - dirty - no runing water - no toilet paper - noblanckets - don’t book this hotel period disgusting slept one night a left

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Good value for money, I guess
As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed having a Queen sized bed and a mini balcony. Location is walkable distance from Ratchathewi BTS - a steal at that price! However, the place seems run-down and service is extremely minimal. For some reason, the water heater in my room wasn't working properly so all my showers were room temperature (I was too lazy to try and explain that to them). They also need to replace their aging door locks.
What you see on the web is not the same as you arrive there. A big dissapointment. Thought I got the rates at a bargain price but the atmosphere is a big let down.
definitely a budget friendly stay, but hope they can well maintain the bed and furniture. The furniture seems old and spoil. The best is the place is nearby the shopping district.
Richly villa is mistakenly rated 3 star hotel.i didn’t find the standard of the room. infact, the room was dirty and smelly with limited facilities.I really regretted staying in that hotel. I was expecting more than what they have charged.

Disliked: Room comfort
room
uncomfortable mattress & cockroachs every where. pls improve your room comfortable n lobby cleanliness..tq
The photos is nothing close to what this place looks like in reality. The first review is exactly what was going on. Leaking sink, mold, really old towels, dirty sheets and just a bad vibe overall. Location would be the only upside, but we still had to walk 5 mins thru dirty smelly ally to get to the Main Street. Lots of door slamming, dog barking, so sleep at night isn't good. My taxi driver had to circle the block 5 times and ask the people around to find this place.
very dissapointed with hotel staff and services.no immediate assistant from roomboy to help carrying guest lugges

At arrival hotel staff claimed that there are no rooms left even though we booked it in advance. Fortunately, we had our Thai friends with us, and after 15 min negotiation, they provided us with a room. Other than that, the hotel is fine.
We walked in and the first thing the staff member said was, "Give me your passport". Disgustingly rude staff. When we checked out they snatched the key and said nothing. Room was also filthy and full of hair. Don't drink the water because the bottles are not sealed, they have been refilled.
Upon our check in, the bathroom was a nightmare. The floor is very dirty and rubbish were left in the room. Outside our room, there was bags of rubbish too. The bed was super hard, as if u re sleeping on the floor, very uncomfortable. Our room didnt have breakfast, even though we paid rm110+ per night. We will not recommend this hotel and will not come back because we have stayed in a better hotel in pratunam with the similar price. This hotel is very near to 7-11.
Room was very small but at first glance seemed clean enough. I then noticed the bathroom sink and mirror was quite dirty. I checked under the bed in the morning for missing items and it didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time. Staff were friendly enough but there were about 3 guys that would lounge in the front foyer every day and make you feel a little uncomfortable. Bed was like a wooden plank, hardest bed I've ever slept on. Sheets etc felt clean. Towels etc were changed evetyday and bed made. Breakfast was delicious.
