Poor communication skill(front desk staff)

Hotel front desk staff are poor at communication with guests, better ask them to issue single receipt for every kind of service, even they told you it's for free, otherwise they would charge you and the price might be increased

Great location, great staff

I've stayed here before and this time got a great deal through an online service. It's nice to be greeted with "welcome back" as soon as you enter the door. As usual, the service given and the friendliness shown by Miss Jenny, Miss Sa, Mr George and Mr Arn and all other staff must be mentioned. Location on THE street of Bangkok is perfect. The included Wi-Fi is fast enough. Rooms are very clean and finely decorated. Water pressure is great. Also, there's no trace of that musty smell you often find in hotels in this climate.

gute Lage

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Sukhumvit, gute Anbindung an den Skytrain. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Gastronomie und Shopping ganz in der Nähe.
