This was a good place but the housekeeping service was terrible. Around 10 am, a man was knocking on the door, extremely hard. He wanted to clean understandable but we were not ready to go yet since we booked a 2 night stay, i told him to come back in 10 min that will give us time to dress up, but no this guys did not speak English and then i tried to tell him in French and nothing, i don’t know where they imported him from, but it was terrible he kept pointing at the garbage bin and took it as it was right there, then pushed open the door came in our room and started knocking on the bathroom, my husband was in there and this guy just took some towels that were hanging that we used and went out, it was if he wanted to get things done quickly, i told him to come in 10 min again but he didn’t understand anything. Once he left my husband And I dressed up And we went out and told him to go ahead, he again picked up the same garbage bin he had just picked up and dumped emptiness into the larger bin without putting the bag in it. When we came back, at night, our bed was not made, we had to take all our electronics with us because he kept asking us if we were going to leave or something…. I think this hotel is good friendly good breakfast but please hire a better housekeeping staff that can speak the language.

I will never stay here again. Room very dirty with sticky stuff on floor and crumbs everywhere. Lobby very dirty and was afraid to eat breakfast. I was so disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone and not worth price at all!!!

An excellent overnight stay. The front dest is open 24 hours a day, so late arrivals are no problem. Slept well, in a nice clean room. Microwave and fridge were in the room. Staff was excellent. Will stay again

The room itself wasn’t bad, had ample pillows and a comfy mattress. Pretty clean, nice staff, free breakfast. The bathroom is in desperate need of an update, but it was serviceable. Our neighbors were noisy at weird hours, but we just needed a cheap stay and it was pretty much just that.

I was charged $195 for a room that was advertised to be $119, I was over charged for my stay. Online price was $119 for pet friendly room. When I checked my CC I was charged $159 and another charge for $46. This was before I checked out!

I like this hotel because the stadf are friendly and they accomodat3 wh3n they ar3 able to. They are right next to another hotel and i had a horrible experience there.

The only couple of things i have to complain about is the toilet in the room i stayed in struggled to flush a lot of the time. Housekeeping only visited my room to take care of me twice, the whole time i was there. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great! It will be my go to hotel to book when i come back.
