Description: The Grand Oaks floor plan features convenient single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, elevator access, and a covered entry. The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the bottom floor (downstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only.

Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Absolutely stunning
The property was beautiful and just like the posting had described. The view was gorgeous! The only negative was that you had to drive to the pool but even with that I would definitely stay there again. The outdoor pool area was beautiful as well and the pool was the perfect temperature. I would recommend this property 100%.

Beautiful property!!
Foscoe Rentals was an amazing place to stay! We definitely recommend it!!! It was a beautiful property. We went during December so the indoor hot tub was a great plus. It also had everything we could’ve needed. Our unit had such an amazing view we didn’t want to leave. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. The drive to Boone was about only a 20 minute drive. We drove there most days to do something.

Great stay in Boone at Echota
The ice maker was not working since it was frozen. We purchased ice which was an easy fix so not a problem and left the other half of ice in the freezer. The Jack and Jill bathroom toilet was not working properly and the master shower handle for hot and cold is off. It was hard to get the water at a warm happy medium. Just a few hiccups but all else was great and we were comfortable

Great location and wonderful property!
Loved the spacious condo with a great view, wonderful furnishings and all of the amenities of Echota. Enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools during this rainy week. My only complaint has nothing to do with the condo. The private section of the Watauga available for fishing by echota owners and guests had contamination warnings and did not have trout visible as in my past visits.
