The Taylor Camp is available to families who want a quiet and relaxing vacation on one of the most beautiful and private lakes in all New England. Five miles long, Tunk Lake has only 12 cabins on the southern 2/3 of the lake. The Taylor Camp is perfect for your family vacation. The cabin is a log cabin with all the conveniences of home: TV/Internet, washer/dryer, screened in porch...and much more. It just doesn't get any better than this! DownEast Magazine (June 2019) named Tunk Lake one of 32 of the most beloved "Great Ponds" in Maine each with its own character and charm.
BOOKING: The Taylor Camp is available from Mid-June through October. We still have weeks available in June, Sept & Oct 2025.
DISCOUNTS: In Sept/Oct, we offer a 15% discount for booking 2 consecutive weeks and will consider a minimum of 4 days. Contact us for details.

LOCATION: In the heart of DownEast Maine: It is less than an hour from Bangor, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. And 30 minutes from Ellsworth where you will do most of your shopping.
