Comfortable stay
Great location, close to La Rambla. Comfortable beds and a cute rooftop area where one can take a refreshing dip with gorgeous view over Barcelona.

Close to Rambla but on a sketchy street. Clean and close to tourist attractions. Tiny but nice rooftop pool with a great view of the city.

Great property. Clean inside and great view of city from pool deck. Unfortunately we didn’t feel safe as soon as you step out of the hotel. There were homeless people sleeping next to the door. The taxi drivers kept telling us about how bad of an area it was.

I would have loved to give them five stars, especially because the rooftop pool had amazing views and a bar, and the breakfast was pretty solid as well as the restaurant staff. I would like to give them kudos! Front desk staff, not so much. Upon arrival we noticed there were some hairs on the counters, which obviously meant they did not clean our room thoroughly and we did not have enough toilet paper, but we just shrugged it off. However, we stayed for two nights, and they did not come to clean our room once. When I asked the front desk about them cleaning our room they stated “ I will check with the cleaning lady and get back to you about that”. They never got back to us. I called for more toilet paper and they never came so I had to call again. Since they did not clean our room, we ran out of towels and when we requested more towels, the front desk stated that they could not deliver it to our rooms so my husband had to go all the way downstairs to get more towels. I understand this might be a mild complaint for some people, but if we’re paying $500 for two nights, you should be bringing me my towels and cleaning our room?? Location was decent such as being close to the main streets, except there were a lot of homeless people and smelled like pee all around the hotel ( I know that’s out of their control) but that was still a part of the experience. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what so I hope they can get it together for future guests.

The staff are friendly and were responsive when we brought a problem to their attention. Everything was solved immediately. The pool has an amazing view but the patio area is small so get ready to be creative!

Location was close to the main attraction . The hotel was clean and service was good. Gym was too hot, AC wasn’t strong enough. Only thing that bothered me the hotel area I walked through was unkempt and not very pleasant.

Nice and clean hotel, with small but nice swimming pool, the breakfast (with extra cost) was excellent. The staff really friendly. They have a gym, but is pretty small. It’s nice that they have a looker area to put your luggage if you arrive before check in or you leave after the time of check put. The only but is that the neighborhood is not really safe and there are a lot of homeless in the area. Though the hotel is not to blame for that

Staff was extremely helpful and so nice. The hotel itself was very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. If only this hotel was located in a different area, I would give it 5 stars. The area itself was very run down and disappointing.

View from rooftop pool unforgettable!
The hotel was modern and clean. The view from the rooftop pool is spectacular! Would come back just for a sangria and dip in the pool. The hotel has high security and a welcoming staff.

We love the breakfast. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean. The room was Great, But no fridge and can’t open up the window no coffee machine and when you went outside the property lots and lots of homeless laying on the street sleeping
