My stay was disappointing due to several inconveniences. First, the hallway cleaning after 6 PM was excessively noisy, making it hard to relax in the evening. Early in the morning, the staff preparing the kitchen and cleaning areas created additional noise disturbances, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, there was a constant cigarette smell throughout my room, which was unpleasant and made the environment uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for a room with a 'view,' supposedly with a window facing outside. However, my room disappointingly faced the kitchen prep area instead, which felt misleading and unfair. These issues significantly detracted from what could have been a comfortable stay. I expected better attention to detail, air quality, and transparency regarding room assignments and amenities.

The hotel was clean and nice. Rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area is walkable and convenient however the restaurants on the rambla are annoying with their soliciting. The hotel breakfast is ok. Very close to the metro.

Nice hotel in Barcelona
When they 3 pm check in they mean it. Usually we can get in earlier but not this time. Not a big deal, they have secured lockers for luggage. Only complaint, and this is not in their control, the alley outside our room seemed to be a preferred route for late night revelers and loud pedestrians.

To no fault of the hotel, There is a bit of public works in Las Ramblas, however even though we were one floor above the street, we didn’t hear a thing once we closed the windows. K

Perfect central location, a couple of mins walk from the underground. We had a room with a balcony facing La Rambla but it was very quiet when windows shut. Room was spacious and comfortable If you are going to leave your luggage there, keep in mind it costs £2

La Rambla street is multicultural with lots of Hindu and middle eastern population which makes it beautiful in its own way. The way they approach you to eat at their terrace is just amazing and if you try to ignore them than you get to hear their beautiful, romantic language apologizing for bothering you… just loved it!!!!

The hotel was very convenient. We arrived from an overseas flight and of course arrived early. Our check-in was terrible. The attendant was not friendly and not helpful. Basically told us we would have to sit and wait until 3 PM for our room Which was six hours away. Made no suggestions as to how to spend our time or where. Did not offer us a map of the city or make reference to the rooftop patio that was at the hotel she commented that it was a very busy time. Wondering how they deal with the summer traffic! check out we had a young man who was quite the opposite. He was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very Well located.
