Dear guest, We appreciate your comments and your review. We regret very much not having been clear with the explanation about the charges mentioned. As we told you via email, the collection of the tourist tax is not imposed by Aspasios, but by the Generalitat of Catalonia and is the tax charged to a person staying in any type of tourist establishment: hotels , tourist apartments, houses for tourist use. And the value of the tax will depend on the type of accommodation. At the time of making your reservation we inform you in your confirmation email. I ask my sincere apologies again, if we were not clear about this explanation at the time of checkin. The necessary measures will be taken so that this does not happen again.
