Impressive staff. General Manager Mark is hands on. My friend had a bad allergy from outside restaurant and their staff Leti helped and assisted with Dr. to visit the hotel and taxi to the hospital. Security in the hotel is very impressive and courteous. Front desk team are well verse, friendly and easy to approach. Location is perfect. Walking distance to good locations for food, tourist spots and cafe. The rooftop is an awesome view for Catedral de Barcelona. Good Team and Management. Keep up the good work.

Hotel, room, staff, were all superb! Construction noise was awful but nothing hotel could do about it because it was taking place at neighboring properties. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is in a great location. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are clean and balcony windows keep out the noise from outside (room was on the 3rd Floor). Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are one of the greatest features of this hotel. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The rooftop bar is incredible with unparalleled views of the cathedral. There are a few areas in the room where the paint could use a touch-up but otherwise everything was in perfect condition. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

I wanted to give this property a better review, but our shower leaked terribly. It’s designed so that there is no threshold between the shower and the shower door. There is also construction going on next-door and is quite noisy. The walls are very thin, and we could hear a lot of noise from the people adjacent to us and above us. Finally, some kind of demolition was going on across the hallway from our room. It sounded as if Tile was being shipped away with a hammer and chisel. It made it impossible for us to rest in the afternoon. I called down to the front desk, but they told me there wasn’t any construction going on inside of the hotel. She was insistent there was no construction going on, and I asked her to come up and listen, but I don’t believe anyone ever did
