Great hotel, and value especially for being in the middle of Ramblas. The location of the hotel is in center of everything walking distance and accessible. Safe surroundings and great quality in comparison to other of the pricier hotels. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The front desk receptionist was great and regularly helped me with things I requested. Overall all staff was great.

The rooftop lounge bar tender plays great variety of music. He is very friendly and fun. The hotel star is also friendly and helpful our street balcony view was wonderful and the hotel was very clean with wood floors and good AC

This is a great place in the most well known street in central Barcelona. We were lucky to be upgrated to a suite with a private palcony and the view of La Rambla! The staff was always very helpful and willing to accomodate our requests. We were always on the go and didn't have a chance to use any the hotel facilities, including the restaurant and the bar, but they look appealing. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful hotel and staff where amazing. We stayed in 402 so was at back of hotel overlooking courtyard so quite. Breakfast was a delight to the eye with an amazing choice of food.

We made a mistake.
Construction in front of the hotel, made it difficult to get in and out with suitcases or for taxi pick up purposes The construction made it impossible to get any rest during the day as it was very, noisy. Now I understand why I was required to pay upfront.

This property is poorly maintained and lacks cleanliness. The water provided, even in the lobby, is barely lukewarm. The building is permeated by strange odors. Despite being assured by the receptionist that our room would be ready by 1:30 PM, it wasn’t available until 5 PM. To make matters worse, our room was not properly prepared; a greeting card intended for another guest was left behind. The bathroom ceiling above the shower leaked heavily, drenching the towels, sink area, and our personal toiletries. Although the staff attempted to address these issues by offering a complimentary breakfast and a drink card for the rooftop bar, the breakfast was reminiscent of a supermarket buffet. Given that we were in Barcelona for only two days with pre-existing plans and reservations, this experience was extremely disappointing.

The hotel was conveniently located on Ramblas. Our room was large and clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The roof top bar and drinks were amazing. The only negatives: road construction directly in front of hotel (the taxi has to drop you off across the street and carry your bags through the crowds) and blow dryer in the bathroom (dryer was attached to wall - worst hair dryer I ever used). I suggest you bring your own if staying here.

The room itself was a good size for hotels in Europe. Convenient location, however be careful at night. It is a seedy area at night. Service was good, however the hotel is not as clean as I would have hoped.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Serhs Hotel, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, surrounded by a vibrant area that's perfect for exploring. Whether it was dining, shopping, or simply taking a leisurely stroll, everything we needed was just a short walk away. The room was immaculate, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Our stay at the Serhs Hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

I liked the location of the hotel, it was very convinient. The hotel met all of my basic needs. I did like that I was on the second floor and didn't have to rely on the elevator. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean I reserved the room with a balcony, and they gave me a room with a courtyard patio. It was loud in the middle afternoon, due to an adjacent restaurant but it was closed later on the evening. the patio was cute, but bird droppings were on the patio furniture which the cleaning staff didn't clean, so then use of the patio was limited. The shower didnt have a door and the shower pan was shallow, so the water would run out onto the bathroom floor, so then you had to take a shower at half pressure to try to manage the spillage issue.
