I absolutely love this hotel. The staff was nice, room was so nice and clean and kitchen was an added bonus. The pool was clean. The Lobby was nice and they served a really great breakfast. I will definitely be back since my son goes to LSU and it is only about 15 min away. See you soon!!!!

I love this property but I believe we were given the worse room. We have stayed here before in a double room, this time we requested the king suite. It was in the corner, very oddly shaped. This room needs lots of repairs. Night stand drawers don’t stay closed, and several bumps and bruises in the bathroom. Broken microwave and a working one on the desk. Hardly and channels available, watched Netflix all night. Perhaps the double room is best.

The reservation was for a king bed. We were given a room with 2 queens. The check in person seemed very unsure about the whole process. She needs additional training. Since she had such a difficult time with the check in process, we just kept the room with 2 queens. We only stayed one night by our reservation.

Check in was miserable. I had a confirmation number and a receipt for room i had already paid for. I get there and the hotel says the room was cancelled and they didnt have one for me and couldnt do anything until a GM got there an hour or so later. Fortunately someone else called and cancelled another room and we got that one. Second or third time this has happened at this same property. Other than that the hotel is always nice

i was not happy for his svc when i checked in around 11:40 PM even i called about late check in one day ago firstly the door card was not working even they brought other one it was same problem then they opened by master key and said that it will be fixed and replaced early morning tomorrow but it did not happend and we went down to have breakfast with our all belongings because of no fixed card key secondly the air con did not working properly and i wan not controlled...very bad room!!!
