Wasnt worth the price i had to pay
We checked in good. We went to the room and it smelled moldy.it looked cleaned but smelled really bad .went back to desk and tol them and they put us in another room. T&e room was clean. The bathroom door would not close unless you lifted it. The safe was broken. The door lock plate had screw missing. There was small hole in floor that looked like bullet hole.

Arrived to check in. Nobody was working. There was at least half a dozen people who could not check in. I had to get a $300 uber to New Orleans. Please refund my stay.

Very Noisy from traffic and found a crack pipe in the fold out bed my daughter was having to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Door in bathroom did not shut good Old and not updated!!!

I did not like this hotel. the room was in disrepair and lacked amenities such as hand soap, hair dryer, the closet lacked a rod to hang clothes. Room was dingy. I was extremely disappointed. I have never stayed at a Comfort Suites that was this bad.

Highly recommended
We choose this hotel for our three year wedding anniversary stay. It was affordable, in a safe area, had a clean room and easy access to the Mall of Louisiana and other shopping areas. We were also greeted and checked out by Randy who was very welcoming and let us know that if we needed anything to let him know. Great breakfast. Thank you Randy and the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend!!!
