First room we were given was not serviced from night before. They gave us a new room which smelled musty. A fan in the bathroom was faulty & kept us awake as it was so loud - you could hear it even in the corridor. Told receptionist in morning about it. Breakfast was cold - would not recommend hotel.

We were given incorrect information about parking which meant that we could not claim back the money we paid. The information about the car park a fair distance from the hotel at check in was unclear and when we attempted to redeem our receipts we were told that we should have been given a different method to reclaim the money. Three nights meant we paid an additional sum of almost £60. The staff at reception were unhelpful

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities are very good, especially the compliments they provided. I really recommend this hotel for everyone who visiting Belfast.

Fantastic hotel with ice cold staff. This hotel offers automated services so you don’t have to deal with people. So when we went to the front desk a few times, the staff seems a little annoyed that we were even speaking with them. It just made me feel unwelcome. Hotel is great, front desk staff were the worst of our trip.

Nice stay!
It was a short but good stay, hotel condition and staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was ok. The location great if your plan is to eat out and go for drinks, plenty of nearby places to eat and drink.

Hotel is nice. Centrally located so everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance . The rooms were clean but the bathrooms needed a bit of attention. Overall we were really satisfied with the hotel. Bar drinks were very expensive
