Comfortable room and not pokey. Very clean with good quality bedding and comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful and professional. Really couldn't do more to make sure that you enjoyed your stay.

To be honest everything was just ok for one night. Pictures looked nicer than the actual hotel. Room looked dated with stained carpets, leaky shower and worst of all no window to the outside. My window faced a brick wall/inner courtyard of which there was no mention in the room description. On the plus side easy check-in check out process. Nice coffee & tea making facilities and a good mini bar in the room and good central location.

Our room was a big disappointment. The room was small, there was a musty smell straight away and there were stains on the carpet/chair and sheets. The breakfast was not worth the money and was like warm. We paid nearly £200 and thought we would get value with the hotel being 4 star. Unfortunately we won’t be back

Not quite the executive suite I was expecting.

Room decor and bathroom quite tatty. Kettle in the room didn't work properly, shutting off before boiled. Had to wait until 3.40pm to check in, despite arriving at 2pm. Was offered a cheap bottle of Prosecco as compensation for late check in. Gee whiz!

The staff were lovely, the hotel is very convenient to get around. The room was quiet and also large. I have stayed before and would do again. Also I think my room does need a bit of a refit. Overall though I had a comfortable stay with pleasant staff and enjoyed staying in Belfast.

Stayed in room 501. Right beside the elevators with no soundproofing doors between. Room is old and in need of renovation. Shower curtain was torn in several places and had an odd smell (I mentioned this on checkout and staff were very apologetic). Location is excellent, restaurant was fine but not outstanding. Staff very nice and public areas are welcoming.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable..on this occasion we were put into a disabled room, not at our request, though my booking was a late one, so presumed this was the reason, that it was all that was available. The bathroom I feel needed some repairs as there were several things that weren’t right, or broken. The room itself was as expected, the bed was comfortable, though felt the tv was wrongly situated! As you couldn’t lay in bed and watch it, as it was positioned on the dressing table area to the side! Which if it was mounted on the wall opposite the bed it would have been much better. My only other issue, was that our room wasn’t refreshed every day, as we had been informed it obviously should have been. This happened more than once, which was a pity. Having said that the staff did respond to our requests for refills of tea, coffee, water and the bins to be emptied etc.. when we asked. Having said that, the food was excellent, had the daily breakfast and ate in the restaurant on a couple of occasions which was also excellent. All the staff were very friendly. Really like where the hotel is situated, convenient to walk into town. Would stay here again
