Clean comfortable condo
Beautiful lighting during the day. Lots of amenities in the house. Pictures did not do it justice, it was way brighter and more open than the photos.

We loved the place. Walking distance to downtown, clean, info for checking in was perfect and easy. We will stay here again when we have a little more free time to enjoy and relax without the hectic pace of my daughters wedding.

Week in Bend
My husband and I had a great stay at this property. The property is located right next to Pioneer Park with easy access to the paths for running, etc. We enjoyed the easy walk a few blocks to explore the various restaurants and breweries in the evening. The condo was perfectly suited to our needs - the size was just right for the two of us with plenty of space, the internet connection was good for my husband to work remotely. and the kitchen was stocked with the basics for us to prepare a few meals during the week. Oh, and there are A/C units in each room, which turned out to be critical because we were there during a heat wave with triple digit temps all week. Good communication with the property owner made everything go smoothly. We'd love to return on a future trip!

Condo was perfect for our stay in Bend. We could walk to downtown and easy to drive to surrounding areas for hiking. Loved 2 full bathrooms. Condo had everything we needed. Clean.

Great location! Close to downtown Bend!
Two bathrooms were perfect for a his/hers. The stove gets super hot! Pots/pans were sufficient but bring your own tongs! The bed and the couch were cozy. Definitely appreciate the beverages waiting for us upon arrival! Not exactly walkable but 10 minute drive to golf, food and all the beer that you could ever want!

Perfect property & location for us!
This property was perfect for us and exactly as pictured and described. Chosen for it's location to downtown, it's an end unit for extra privacy and very quiet despite proximity to road. Bonus was proximity to multiuse trails so we were able to bike without driving as well.

Perfect location to downtown Bend!
Place is as listed. Very comfortable, two nice decks to sit out on, all you need in kitchen, 2 full baths. Very clean and owner very responsive. Best part is the location - just few blocks walk to downtown Bend. We walked everywhere - it was perfect!

Wonderful!
Steve has been a fantastic host - gave all the directions I needed, and was just a call away for anything else. The property is exactly as described and even better in person. Lots of little things are provided, in case you forgot something - like toiletries/towels/etc. He even provided some snacks, water, and local brews for the stay (wonderful!). Staying here really was like staying at home. I would 100% stay here again!

Best Stay We've Ever Had
Steve was great to communicate with, and the condo was even better than advertised. Not only was it spotless, little touches, like spare toiletries, local beer, cold water, and great decorations, made this a special stay. The location is easy access for all Bend has to offer. Wonderful.

AWESOME!!!
I am hooked! If I have an extended stay it will be in a vacation home rather than a motel. This condo was clean, comfortable, fun and had all the frills. They even thought of flashlights, first aid supplies and essentials. I give it my highest rating.

Really nice property close to downtown Bend and the Deschutes river. Convenient to the highway too. Nicely appointed and furnished. Only downside might be that it is on the second floor with no elevator.

Perfect apartment for our stay in Bend!
This place was perfect for our two night stay in Bend! It is walking distance to downtown, overlooking a beautiful park, and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was soooo helpful as my wife and I were staying with our two children. It was great to have our own bedroom and bath. The apartment inside is updated and very well decorated. There was plenty of extras of everything (toiletries, bedding, dishes) which was great and super thoughtful. Overall, we are so pleased with this place and would definitely recommend it to our friends!

The unit is at the end of the floor up 2 flights of steps, no elevator. parking is down a short hill from from landing which leads to steps. Laundry is at the other end of the building, best drive to it. Small hi-top table, 2 chairs to eat. Bathroom next to bedroom is small, sink almost no vanity to put anything on it. Other bathroom and vanity are fine. Exterior of the building appears to be old in need of repair, the picture shown is not what you will see.

Great place! Great location to downtown!
We loved our time in Bend! This place was clean, had plenty of room, and was a short walk to downtown area. Parking was also easy at the condo. We would definitely stay here again!
