For any concerns you may have during your stay, such as the volume of the background music during breakfast, please do not hesitate to approach the reception desk. Additionally, we always have a manager present at breakfast who would be more than happy to assist with such matters.Regarding your comments about the back courtyard, the rooms facing this area also overlook neighboring courtyards, including those of residential buildings. Unfortunately, we cannot control the activities of individuals in those areas. Our small courtyard is used exclusively for deliveries and staff movements and is securely enclosed by gates.We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our services.
