Friendly and helpful staff. Extremely comfortable room. Loved the in-room fireplace and the river view. Delicious breakfast offerings (five stars for the cinnamon rolls!) Easy access from the property to the Deschutes River Trail - we enjoyed a beautiful morning walk before checkout.

Loved how everything was near by, the room was wonderful. The breakfast was yummy and different options unlike most hotels. Check in took about 30 since no one was at desk, but other than that it was a great stay

My family stayed at Pine Ridge Inn for six nights and we felt at home from start to finish. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and each front desk attendant we encountered was so friendly. When we arrived to our room, the fireplace was going, jazz music was playing, and water with glasses was waiting for us. I also planned for the bouquet of local beers (a great deal!), so that was set up as well! Their room service breakfast was phenomenal and totally worth it as it came with a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh OJ in mason jars. The free daily breakfast was also an incredible treat we looked forward to each morning. Each night, after a long day at the mountain, it was so nice to come back to our warm and cozy room with a massive jacuzzi tub to relax sore muscles. We also traveled with two dogs who were so excited to find milkbones, dog beds, furniture covers, and water bowls waiting for them. They enjoyed easy access to the walking path and ran into a few majestic looking bucks! The master bedroom had double doors and our daughter was able to sleep on the murphy bed (easy to put up during the day for more space!) in the living area. I can't say enough good things about Pine Ridge Inn. Book the trip! You won't regret it.

Nice boutique hotel in Bend. Walkable to the river trail, very nice room with sitting area and gas fire place. Breakfast was homemade and high quality. Friendly, helpful staff.

We liked everything! The staff was extra nice they put extra stuff and care in our room for our dog. Only downside it got a little cold in the room at night even with the thermostat set high and the hot water was not consistent.

The caretakers were really nice and pleasant. The issue was that I rented the largest suite there, and there was no hot water for the jetted tub and it was broken. The button for the Jets was broken. The security latch was also busted and not installed correctly, the molding was coming off the wall, and the sink did not drain well. After mentioning these things to the manager, she gave me another suite key, and that room was also messed up. The TV would not shut off, there was hot water the first day, but not the second day, and the toilet was broken. So between both of the best suites of this facility, there was major issues with both of them. But the management was pleasant and they reimbursed me for one night, which I was fine with, and I also know that sometimes the management doesn’t know what’s wrong unless people tell them. I don’t think I’ll stay here again for other personal reasons, but I suppose if they obviously got all these things fixed, it would be a nice area.

Excellent quaint inn
Great stay, quiet, comfortable cozy room with a fireplace…which we used as it’s December & cold. Nice patio overlooks Deschutes River. Nice breakfast with pastries made by nearby bakeries & great coffee. Definitely 💯 will stay here again.
