The Dove's Nest is a luxurious cabin nestled in the woods of Berkeley Springs. The dove represents peace and love which is what you will find at this private relaxing retreat.

Designed for a romantic couples’ getaway, the Dove's Nest features one king bedrooms with plush bedding and a vaulted ceiling. Custom hickory cabinets, hickory floors and custom American made cedar log furniture decorate the cabin. You can relax on the comfortable Lazy Boy furniture in the great room and enjoy the stunning floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. The bathroom includes a large jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops, GE Slate HE appliances and is stocked with everything you will need to fix delicious gourmet meals. You can grill outdoors in any weather on the covered porch.

The cabin is 925 square feet, wheelchair accessible with a concrete pad and ramp to the porch. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps up to 2 adults and 2-3 small children. The cabin is furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay including Dish Network, Frontier Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is steady but not super fast.

Bath chairs and elevated toilet seats are available on request.

We also have a two bedroom cabin named Buck Haven situated in walking distance to the Dove's Nest. Buck Haven's listing ID is 969021. Both properties are thoughtfully situated for privacy yet close enough for friends and family to rent and have a great time together.

Cozy and restful sanctuary
We had a wonderful weekend visiting the Dove's Nest. Everything was organized, clean, and so easy. From communication with Janie to a fully stocked kitchen and the comfort of the home. It rained and snowed while we were there, but we took so much rest and solace in lounging around the house and enjoying the view out of the front porch. It was truly a relaxing weekend away and we will be better parents for all the thought and kind gestures of the hosts. Excellent stay, no notes!

Great getaway
My wife and I were looking for a location to take a mid winter break and to enjoy an outdoor activity. Berkeley Springs fit the bill with miles of hiking trails and the mineral springs to fill the days. We chose Doves Nest as a place to stay from pictures and descriptive information we found on the internet. Everything about the cabin was first class and our host, Janie, could not have been more accomodating

Picture Perfect Couple Get-Away
I spent a weekend here with my wife, our first weekend away since our daughter was born. The property was absolutely everything we hoped for. A warm fireplace, a roomy corner tub, warm blankets, a nice big bed, and the perfect living space for a couple. Completely private and secluded in the woods; the only nearby property is the other property they own and the two are oriented so that you only see the other when coming and going. Janie was incredibly communicative and hospitable throughout the whole process. She even left some fresh eggs for us to enjoy. We hope to return here and I give it my highest endorsement.

Beautiful Cabin in Woods
Dove's Next welcomed us into a warm and comfortable home! The cabin is beautifully decorated, quality built and well-maintained. I do not think we've ever stayed at a mountain cabin that has been so clean or well-stocked! The hosts have anticipated every little detail that might be needed by guests. They have added a lot of "extra touches" in the cabin that made it very inviting and cozy. We loved our stay there!!!

Wow. What a great stay.
From the time of time of booking to the exit of our stay. Communication was great. Any questions we were answered within a hour. We met with Janin and she was genuine. She showed us the other cabin they have. They had a few surprises for us. First she had arrive treats. They we were gonored to have fresh eggs. I do love brown eggs. With all this said if you are lookin for a cabin in Berkeley Springs please get with Janin. We have found our to go place. We are planning our September 2025 vacation which will include this property. Thank you Janin for a great stay.

Dove's Nest is a great place to relax comfortably. We have been here several times now, and are always pleased. Love the fact that we can bring our dogs and the close proximity to Cacapon State Park is convenient.

Perfect cabin in the woods
This newly built cabin stay was absolutely wonderful. We actually took pictures of the place in case we ever get the chance to build our own. There’s a nice stream at the bottom of the long driveway where we caught a few fish almost immediately. The host was wonderful and reached out to us to let us know we could check in early and stay late. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

What a wonderful getaway. Dove’s Nest was perfect for our anniversary weekend. It was so nice to stay in a rental with quality finishes and quality furnishings! My wife and I have rented countless cabins through VRBO over the years and have been very happy with many of them. The Dove's Nest has jumped to the very top of our list of favorites. This cabin is well built, thoughtfully decorated, and immaculately clean. Janie is an extremely gracious host. She made sure that we had all of the information that we would need to enjoy our stay. She and Cy have thought of everything the guests will need to have a wonderful time. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Berkely Springs and our next stay at the Dove's Nest!
