Hyvä Kari Olavi, On ilahduttavaa kuulla, että arvostat hotellimme kätevää sijaintia, joka sijaitsee aivan julkisten kulkuneuvojen vieressä. Ymmärrämme, että vierailunne aikana sää oli tavallista lämpimämpi, mikä saattoi aiheuttaa epämukavuutta, koska huoneissamme ei ollut ilmastointia. Yritämme tehdä vieraistamme viihtyisiä tarjoamalla tuulettimia, ja pahoittelemme, jos tämä ei riittänyt vierailunne aikana.
