The hotel exterior’s decoration should not be seen with a hangover but I do recommend this hotel if you’re having a short stay in Berlin or need to be at Schönefeld airport for an early departure. Room was a double (with two single beds pushed together; that’s not a criticism, just reporting!). Staff were friendly and helpful in directing me to the nearest s-bahn station. A shuttle bus is available, runs ever 20-30mins from around terminal B, free to get to the hotel, €3 to get back, which is lovely considering U.K. airport hotels charge a minimum of £3 each way for a bus service that would take 10minutes to walk. There’s an Aldi as part of the immediate area which is handy for snacks and beverages before you go exploring Berlin. Lovely stay!
