A terrible experience be warned cleaners thieves.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Vet their staff, clean the rooms properly, when a double is booked do not push two singles together
Location: Close to ubahn
Booked double room, got two single beds pushed together. Rooms are dirty, walk with bare feet and your soles or socks are black...The hotel cleaners stole my hoodie the first day of cleaning, second day stole the two Christmas markets mugs..this time complained and was told by the rude girl on reception the cleaners are not hotel staff...hmmm yet they employ them?? When threatened to call the police she phoned the cleaning company and lo and behold they admitted taking them and brought back the next day (no hoodie though) excuse given was they thought we had checked out, despite all our clothes, toiletries still in situ...what a load of lies, end of day the cleaners stole and were caught out...beware of staying there unhelpful staff, rude and untrustworthy and will never stay there again

Good hotel for a short break

This is a basic hotel for a short stay, in a fantastic central location and close to public transport (very convenient if you arrive in Berlin Tegel or by train) and local amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but in need of renovation (especially the carpet and the bath). Breakfast was good, although a bit expensive. Access to the wi-fi was a bit slow and unreliable, disconnecting after a few minutes of use (really annoying!!). The staff was very professional. Nothing to complain, we certainly would go back.

Wochenende

Für alle, die öfters übers Wochenende Stadtluft schnuppern möchten, eine empfehlenswerte Adresse. Gute und ruhige Lage (nahe Bahnhof Zoo und vieler Shoppingmöglichkeiten) bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

TRES BIEN

Je voudrais bien y revenir par ceque le service est bien et le prix est tres abordable. De plus les gens qui y travaillent sont tres sages et serviables. Ils nous recoivent avec un sourire et acceullent avec joie.

Kurze angenehme Trip mit der Familie

Schöne Lage nicht weit von City . Sauber . Gut für Familie mit Kinder .servic top hat uns interne gefällt aber ansonsten weiter zu empfehlen.

Goede uitgangspositie voor het bezoken van Berlijn

Van het hotel moet je geen super luxe verwachten. Maar alles wat noodzakelijk is voor een paar dagen Berlijn is voldoende aanwezig. Zeker de locatie is ideaal.

Mooie stad

Het hotel was prima. Fijn dat ze bij de receptie Engels spraken. De vloerbedekking in de kamer was vies en in de badkamer hing een wc lucht. De bedden waren prima.
