Overall the hotel is a nice stay I was on business a lot of time in the meetings in another. There were few niggles most annoying the Wi-Fi was not strong enough in the room but broke off in 20 seconds after connecting. As this was a work trip I was lost late in the night and mornings to connect and work spoke to the staff at reception and it clearly was in denial there was a known problem as quick response it could not be rectified. The other issue was the shower a rain shower head no idea how to get it working Using adequate simple shower head then difficult to control the temperature it was burning hot even towards the coldest setting or then cold. No time for spa wanted to use sauna on checkout day but did not open until afternoon Otherwise quiet hotel no disturbance from inside or out. Bar staff friendly with selection of Portuguese wines minimal beer selection on tap obviously bar very quiet. As mentioned before restaurants and bars not nearby. All staff friendly approachable friendly Breakfast good happy with choice standard though missed herrings and proper rye bread. 2 mornings mushrooms fresh tasty seasoning and scrambled eggs were good On Sunday maybe different cook it was not the same shows the skill on cooking fresh food Unfortunately the area being small everything run down very quickly, the staff tried their best filling empty areas and bread but when large number of tour people it did cause a delay I have no complaints on bed pillows soft or room facilities

Good city centre hotel in a quiet district but a nice walk to most of the attractions. Clean, staff efficient ad helpful. All good for a 4 day stay.

I booked this hotel because it’s was just a walkable distance to my conference venue. The hotel is clean , room was comfortable. The front desk staff are the one that really made the difference for me in this hotel . They are very friendly and super helpful. I want to make a special thank you note to Erica, Gihan and Tatiana. I will definitely stay here again if I end up attending the same event next year.

Good location local buses nearby. Welcoming staff.
Enjoyed our stay and it was in a convenient location. disappointed that our room did not have bath robes or slippers and we had to ask 3 times before we got them. also there was a sign in the bathing area asking guests to wear costumes but the men seemed to think it was ok to use sauna and steam bath in the nude and shower in front of all guests. Breakfast was a very good range of foods but the area in which it was served was a bit tight. All the staff we approached were welcoming and helpful.

Not happy about the service.
Room and cleaning was good, but service and breakfast was bad. When we arrived after 7 hours and want to park the car on the hotel it’s ses full booked. That should be possible to reserve a parking and not drive whole Berlin to find a parking. About the breakfast. You pay 100 euro for breakfast and you sitting and waiting for bread and egg. You are lucky if there are something left. The amount there coming in are not enough to full book breakfast. It is a 4 stars hotel i think two of them can be removed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, the hotel is located in a quiet area and the connections to the airport as well as to other parts of Berlin are great. The staff were friendly as well. We tried the pool in the spa late in the evening, it was nice although not very relaxing considering there were loads of children splashing around in the water. In the morning on the day of our departure, someone knocked on our door and then immediately opened it before saying something in German and closing it. This happened three times in the course of an hour (starting at around 9.30), which we found uncomfortable since we were changing clothes. The receptionist said it could be the cleaners checking if anyone’s in the room, which we found a bit odd considering the time for check-out wasn’t until 12. Unfortunately we got the impression that this wasn’t really taken seriously, which is a shame. This is our only complaint on an otherwise pleasant stay. We’d definitely visit again.

The hotel was really nice and the rooms were a good size but the balcony was very small and the chairs were uncomfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable and we had to use the robes to put under the pillows to give them some depth
