Convenient location for travel into cenytral Berlin - excellent bus and tube / train links. Close to fantastic Berlin zoo and plenty of great places to eat within walking distance

The hotel itself is a dream - beautiful spaces, incredible spa, lovely rooms. The front desk staff, however, are very rude, and the spa staff were largely absent. This is generally a Berlin problem. Still, I would stay here again.

Great stay
My husband and I had a great stay at the Pullman. The service was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were nothing fancy, but they were clean and had all of the necessary amenities (though I wish we had the ability to turn the air conditioning down a tad lower). The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel was stunning! Impressive entrance, and art on every floor and wall. The staff were very helpful, I hired a mobility scooter and they had no problem storing it for me. Breakfast was fantastic, much to choose from and omelettes made to order. Lovely bar, gorgeous cocktails, although a bit pricey. The room was spotless, had everything we needed, and my son enjoyed the gym & I liked the huge pool. Right near the zoo and some lovely restaurants. Would return.

Convenient and comfortable. Parking was expensive. The hotel happily provided us with a jug of milk for tea in the room the first night. The second night we were told it would be charged at €8 and when we refused to pay, the member of staff who brought it accused is of stealing from them! Absolutely not acceptable. After that, we asked in the bar and they gave us a big jug of milk for free! So, the service was very variable, from helpful and friendly to downright surly and aggressive and all shades in between. The pillows on the bed were pretty dire. If you are a side sleeper, you might want to bring your own.
