Good airport hotel, shame about the spa

On the whole a good stay, however disappointed by the spa facilities. Only one of two saunas worked. Steam room also faulty. No showers in the spa area

Clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable accommodation at Brandenburg Airport. My only quibble is that there were no outlets near the bed.

This is the 3rd time I stay here and the hotel is so convenient steps from the terminal that I will stay again but this was my worst stay We arrived around 11 pm and the walk to our room was littered with rook service plates not picked up and the hallway smelled like a school cafeteria Upon arriving in the room we realized there was no water so I went down to get some and they very kindly provided it . I go back up and my daughter tells me there are no towels and only 1 pillow in a room booked for 2 . Called housekeeping and was told to come back down to get them. Look is it the end if the world they didn’t send them up , no. But it was a long trip before another long trip in the morning and it was annoying unnecessary and avoidable .
