Inside, the living area boasts high, vaulted ceilings, a roomy entertainment space with a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and access to a screened-in porch furnished with an electric grill. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space the family chef needs to assemble a world-class meal to serve at the glass top dining table with seating for four. When it's time to get some shuteye, the main level includes two bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Spend the day on the beach then come home to catch up on a good novel from the comfort of the loft sofas while the private washer/dryer knocks out your beachy clothes. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
