"I travel a lot and many countries all ove the world, but this was one of the baddest experience ever, even I choose it from high ranked hotels from hotels.com (9,2 points). All 4 days we did not get warm water at all (just paper that they try to fix it but never happend). They complain that it is in whole area, but our friends stay and live near by different apartments/hotels and they don’t have this issue. Also staff was mainly rude. Just happy that never need to go there anymore"
