Where do I start? Unacceptable and I took pictures! NO A/C!!!! The kitchen sink contained old food and plastic trash. There were roaches in the kitchen at night. The fridge had crumbs, debris and a red sauce spilled inside and there was a used bag of ice in the freezer. The drawers had old sauce packets and corroded batteries and trash (junk drawer). The oven was filthy and had burned food/ spilled substances on the bottom of the oven. The bathroom/ toilet upstairs was dirty and had hair and fecal matter stuck to the inside of the bowl. The plunger was missing and all that was left was a dirty toilet brush. There is no trash can in the bathrooms. The sheets/ linen hadn't been changed. There was a dirty, crunchy washcloth under one bed and a pair of socks under another. A sticky substance spilled under the bed (which was another big indicator nothing had been cleaned). The pillows had no protectors, just dirty pillows with only a pillow case on. No curtains or blinds to cover the two doors downstairs, so anyone walking by can see in, its creepy. The bushes at the entrance to the house are overgrown.There are no details about the stairs which was a NIGHTMARE with twin toddlers! My autistic son tripped on the uneven stairs and busted his chin and lip. We bought cleaning products to clean ourselves what we could. We traveled almost 7 hours with twin toddlers and a special needs preteen, so we didn't have the time to try to find other arrangements. Never again.

Summer Annual

Nice area close to a little of everything. Some of the bed linens weren't changed. Found food crumbs in one of the beds, roaches after dark in kitchen and downstairs bathroom and no hot water in upstairs bathroom. But we were just sleeping and showering there. We stayed in the road all day so we got thru. I didnt contact the owners to give them a chance to rectify. We didnt have time to deal with the small things. Overall stay was ok

Great location

The house is in a great spot close to the beach, casino and walking distance to downtown. We spent a month there and got a real feel for the area. The house was dirty when we arrived and had to spend the first couple of days getting it cleaned up. The place is pet friendly but smells very much like dirty dog. I assume it is from bad pet owners who allow pets on the furniture without a blanket. There were pet blankets but it took two washings before I would let my dog on them. The cleaning folks need to spend a lot more time working on the smell and the slop left on the walls, doors and frames and the fronts of the cabinets and appliances. The place is laid out nicely and could be a real gem.

Quaint Two Story

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. I particularly loved the original finishes with modern conveniences. The location is perfect. Our children enjoyed using the sand toys and bedroom TV's. My only critic is consider adding a clear description of the stairs on the listing and possibly make a gate available. It wasn't necessarily a deal breaker, but stairs with toddlers are rough when you aren't accustomed to them.

Wonderful property @

This was a special girl's trip planned by me and my Sorority sisters. We hadn't seen each other in several years. The beautiful blue house was the perfect place for us to catch up, talk, laugh and eat. The house was clean and comfortable. We felt safe and would come back.

Cute beach house, sits right across the road from a casino, and you have a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is comfy and spacious. Everything worked in the home. Lots of stuff close by to do. As well as restaurants to chose from. We had a great time!

Great location and stay!

House was fantastic! Was just perfect for our little group. Backyard was very cute! Wish it hadn’t rained and we could have enjoyed it more. Over all the house was just perfect for our group of 5 and was in a great location. Close to everything including the beach. Will stay again!

This is a cute place, description is accurate as well as pictures. This is an excellent location right near the beach and casino. Lovely town with plenty of restaurants. We were able to order delivery to limit our outings during the pandemic. Overall a fabulous stay! Great host!

Vacation at the beach
