Hello and thank you for checking out our condo. We bought this beauty in November of 2019. Since then, we have made lots of upgrades to enhance our guests experience. Come see why we bought this stunner! You will love to stay here as much as we do. <3

Stunning Boutique condo with a full view of the Gulf. The best sunrise and sunset you could ever see. Our complex has all the best amenities. In ground pools, a spa and much more. With 2 BR, 2 BA plus a bonus room (with twin bed), this is the more spacious version of the 2 BR homes found in Legacy Towers. Its 3rd floor location offers fantastic views of the resort-style pool and the live oak tree where our neighborhood great blue heron frequently comes to roost when he’s through fishing in the Sound. The large balcony with new patio furniture provides the perfect vantage point for viewing fantastic sunsets, the white sand against sparkling water, and Gulf Coast nature. Enjoy dinner and cocktails on the veranda without the wind-tunnel effect sometimes found on higher floors.

We love to cook and entertain and have equipped our kitchen for this purpose. Blender for margaritas or dacquiris. Stock pot for a shrimp or crawfish boil. The condo is set to entertain and enjoy: cloth napkins from Tommy Bahama, glassware, barware, and restaurant-white dinner plates. But if home cooking isn’t in your plans, restaurants and bars, not to mention casinos, are only a short distance away.

The master suite has a king size bed furnished with a duvet, down comforter and quality sheets. It opens directly onto the balcony and offers a wonderful wake-up view of the beach and water. Its private bath has double granite sinks, garden tub, and separate shower.

The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and direct access to the guest bath with shower-tub combination. A bonus room is equipped with a twin bed.

During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Gulfport Beach. An indoor pool, a gym and a water park are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the condo.

I'm Ready To Go Back!

Tanya, the condo owner, was so kind and communicated quickly to answer my questions and to make sure we had everything we needed on our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and had every amenity we needed. The condo also has a beautiful 3rd floor view that overlooks the pool and the beach across the street. We had a family reunion of 25 people staying at the Legacy Towers in different condos and we were all well taken care of. It was a perfect week and we would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The condo was very clean. Beautifully decorated. Sitting on the deck, feeling the sea breeze was relaxing. Security there was very courteous. If go back to Gulfport, we will rent again. Definitely recommend!

Nice place, Owner bit of a mess

The property itself is very nice. No real complaints about it. Gated Condo with a nice pool right on the beach. But we booked it two and half weeks in advance, paid the bill, got confirmation emails and emails that said "Here's the keys to your booking", but we drove for 12 hours to get there to have the owner tell us about 11:30p "Well I didn't know you were coming and the place isn't clean." And that was just sort of it. Owner kept blaming VRBO, never took responsibility for anything. I kinda had to coax out of her even whether or not we could come back the next day. My wife and I called around to conservatively 20 different hotels to find a room for the night. Found one 25 minutes away for about $200. Owner kept sort of acting like it didn't happen. I called VRBO on Monday when they opened and they said "No we show everything for your booking is correct here, you were supposed to check in on that night, if the property wasn't ready you need to talk to her about it." I talked to her about it before we left and said that I was looking for her to refund the first night and the price of the hotel and she said "Well if I'm refunding the first night then that should cover the hotel". I said "But I didn't drive 12 hours so I could hunt for an econo lodge in the middle of nowhere at midnight and pay $200 for my trouble. I booked and paid for this vacation so I wouldn't have to do that." And then she tried to swing it like it was somehow my fault, "Well if I was driving all that way I would have called the owner to be sure they were ready...so you should have called me..." Getting her to respond was a bit like pulling teeth. The fastest she got back to me was when VRBO called her and told her that I had asked for a full refund. (I hadn't asked for that) Well, I kept texting her about it after we got home because we had no resolution before we left. A week went by and still nothing. She finally said "Well I'll call VRBO then call you as soon as I'm off the phone with them." She never did, she ended up refunding literally as little as she could by giving us back the "per day" fee for the first night and none of the associated taxes or fees nor anything toward the hotel. Vacationer beware I guess.

Great escape

Great unit but poor communication

Overall was very good with clean well furnished condo. Only issue was poor communication with property manager. After booking I requested info on how to access unit via Vrbo messaging and got no response. After several days I called property manager and was told access info would given day before. Called again the evening before and was told access info was going to be sent out immediately. Access info finally arrived at after 10pm. Need to send access info earlier and better communicate when access info will be available

Gorgeous view. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Everything you need. Close to everything! Made some great memories in Gulfport and Biloxi with our teenagers over Thanksgiving break. ❤️🦃🥧

Birthday getaway

Condo was so comfortable and clean and very nice! Loved the furnishings and the outdoor balcony! The view was very nice! It rained most of our stay so balcony was perfect to sit outside. Parking was our only issue as we could not park in garage due to height restriction. We had a great time.

A slice of Heaven

The owners were totally flexible about a schedule change due to a pending storm. The design and aesthetics in the home were impeccable, only to be reviled by the view from the balcony. I can’t wait to go again.
