I don't normally leave reviews, but can't let this pass. Poor up keep was apparent from the ill fitting curtains and power socket. But really appalling was the lack of hygiene. I found little fly-like bugs in both single beds. Not wanting company for the night I checked out early. I have tried reaching out to the hotel via telephone, email, and hotels.com chat but yet to hear back from them. Perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised about their lack of customer support.

For dyrt ift til kvalitet
Minder mere om et billigt Motel end egentligt Hotel. Værelse lugtede virkelig dårligt ved ankomst. senge er smalle og mindre gode Generelt ville det være acceptabelt, men på Hotels.com er prisen ALT for høj i forhold til det man får. Skal man være i Birkerød er der dog + på afstand til bymidte osv, selvom selve stedet er noget trist

Vi boede i et ret slidt værelse, hvor der var en dårlig lugt, bl.a. af røg, selvom hotellet skulle være røgfrit. Der var en del larm i løbet af natten.

Det var en fin indgang. Fint værelse med gode madrasser (har boet andre steder, hvor madrassen var piv ringe). Den eneste dårlige ting var et dårligt brusehoved (skal afkalkes).

Dyrt og dårlig
Hotellet lå i en gaten uten støy. Vi fikk ikke kode før innsjekking, men fikk tak il betjeningen på telefon for hjelp. Vi oppdaget sølvkre på badet, det var spindelvev i hjørnet i taket over sengen og doen var tett. Rent sengetøy og rent men litt slitt bad.

Alt var fint. Vi havde kun lidt besvær med kodelåsen til værelset. Dørlåsen krævede et meget forsigtigt touch for at virke. Det var nemmere og mere mekanisk en dørlås til yderdøren. Vi fik hjælp telefonisk

Roligt og hyggeligt hotel!
Rigtig pænt og roligt hotel. Badeværelset var ikke rengjort efter sidste gæst, men alt i alt et fint værelse. Ikke verdens hurtigste WIFI, men ok. Hyggeligt fælles køkken, med en dejlig tagterrasse. Meget nem ind og udtjekning, uden problemer. Ville helt sikkert booke ophold på dette hotel igen!
