The stay was exceptional. However, during checkin I was told that I would be able to check out with no additional charge. The morning after when I verified this, I was told it would be a 50.00 charge because the of the late check out.

Absolutely ridiculously awful
We arrived at the Hotel around 5:45 in the evening. After waiting in line to check in for over 30 mins. I was informed that they did not have a room ready for us. The posted check in time is 4 o’clock. The put us into the Que and would text us when the room was ready. We received the text at 7:31. We the. Waited in line again for about 30 mins to finally check in. The check in process took another 20 mins. We did not get into our room until 8 PM. At no time did the staff do anything to make the situation better.

The night attendant was preoccupied sitting when I came in to check in. I had to go search for him. When I got back, he was sitting off to the side and shouted welcome. When my family and I went to our room, the area around the lobby and elevators were full of pot smoke and smell. The lamp in the shower was partially hanging.
