Pontiac

I had my room booked and called the hotel directly to save 4 more rooms. As they came in to town and booked and paid for their rooms, later that weekend the hotel tried to charge my card again for their rooms, after they were paid for!! Rooms were not clean and musty smelling. Had to get a bleach bottle to spray the toilet because of the mold under the rim. We will not be staying there again!

Hotel did not have our booking upon arrival as Expedia did not send our reservation through. Had to contact Expedia upon arrival. Front desk clerk said this has been happening with all Expedia bookings the previous few days.

We were very warmly greeted by Ellie who made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was comfortable and met our needs well. I’ve paid much more for stays that don’t come near.

It was the mid-priced property in town, and it met our minimum standards for one night's sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean. At 9:30 we came to the breakfast room for a reasonable bite but most of the food was gone. There was material to make a waffle, some condiments and one sausage. Good thing we weren't hungry.
