Anniversary get-away
Amazing! Very secluded, quiet and private. Loved sitting on the deck, using the hot tub looking at the lake, stars, and feeding the deer and having a fire. Did a little bit of shopping at the Branson landing, and historic downtown branson. Mr G's for pizza was amazing! Dogwood Canyon was fabulous! Communication with the owner of the cabin was fantastic. He even texted me about things to do while we were there.

Great stay
This a great house with beautiful views, it didn’t disappoint. I plan on booking this location again when I revisit. Communication with the owners was great. 15-20min drive to Branson. We were looking for privacy and relaxation and we definitely got that with this home. Property was as described. My only suggestion would be to travel to this location in a 4wheel drive vehicle or at least something with some power under the hood. I was driving a minivan and almost didn’t make it up the hill lol.

Best Rental Ever
My family absolutely loved this rental! The seclusion was exactly what we wanted and needed! The road is a little rough, but we have an suv, so it wasn’t an issue. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! We ordered the same ice cream maker for our house while we used the one provided. Such a great place!

Peaceful, beautiful stay
Love this property, the road going to it is gravel with several steep spots! But once you get to the house it is heaven on earth!!! Rabbits, squirrels & deer visit nightly. The kitchen is well stocked & the appliances are new & very nice. The bed was comfy, the views fantastic & it was very private. The hot tub was a nightly ritual that I will miss! 100% recommend!

Very nice home with everything needed. Upstairs king bed comfortable. Enjoyed watching deer in the yard early morning and late evening. Great view from the upstairs windows. Enjoyed the privacy of this home. Only thing sort of bad was the road right before getting to this home was dirt very little gravel. It rained one night and there were mud holes and it was bumpy. No problem for us, we were in a truck, just a little messy. All else great!

First of all, I hate to leave a review because I'm afraid others will want to stay here and take up all the reservations! Great clean property with awesome views and property was everything (and more) that I expected. Great walk-down access to the lake, corn to feed deer, nights on the back porch watching stars and a beautiful view. All the amenities of home but you are on vacation!

Quiet, relaxing “home away from home” by the lake
We enjoyed everything about the house. Secluded, comfortable, near the lake (easy 3 minute walk), chairs available at the lake edge, fire pit with s’mores, full kitchen amenities, Keurig with k-cups, popsicles in the freezer, soda waiting on us, TV’s in bedrooms and living room, hot tub, wildlife, and on and on. The only mild negatives were spotty wifi/internet (college student needed a bit better for online class). Not bad enough to call about (had a couple storms that probably effected it). We slept pretty good, beds were like clouds, maybe a tad too soft, but we still slept well enough. We’d go back in a flash.

Anniversary Trip
Tall Tree Retreat was exactly what we were wanting for our 43rd Anniversary Trip! It was away from the tourist area of Branson, but close enough to enjoy when we wanted. We loved watching the stars from the hot tub at night, feeding the deer and sitting by the lake! The cabin was very clean and completely stocked with supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Lake View Blue Eye was a very clean & super comfortable & convenient place to stay as we picked kids up from camp. We all enjoyed the hot tub & a great place to cast a line to catch a few fish. We highly recommend this darling cabin as a place to stay for your next vacay!

Peaceful Hideaway
The house was perfect for our 40th anniversary getaway. It is private with a nice view of and walk to the lake. It is perfectly located to enjoy peace and quiet, but a quick drive to Branson, Dogwood Canyon, and even close to enough for a nice day in Eureka Springs. The house was comfortable, clean, and ideal for rest and relaxation. We certainly enjoyed our time in Blue Eye!

We had a great time. Lots of extras. Another nice to have is a box of tissues. Ceiling fan needs dusted desperately. It's a very high ceiling so I understand it's not something that is easily done.

White Christmas
My husband and I stayed here for Christmas to relax and enjoy the holiday. The views into Branson were nice at night since the trees were bare and the sky was lit up with lights. Easy drive to Branson and Big Cedar Lodge which we visited during our stay. We have a spa at our home that we utilize frequently, so it was nice to be able to use the one here on the property - kinda like being a home, but still a relaxing setting while overlooking the lake. The owners were easy to communicate with and left smores for the fire pit as well as snacks and a couple drinks for our stay. Very thoughtful owners. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds.

Terrific Cabin with Incredible Views
The property was everything we hoped for and more. The property owners welcomed us with a kind little gift and were very communicative in order to make our stay very easy. This was by far the most well-stocked property we've ever enjoyed. The kitchen had every condiment you could think off and the coffee was very well stocked. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, etc. The hot tub was the perfect size for two or three people and the lit path to the shoreline was incredible. We very much enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at this little cabin in the woods.

Treat Yourself to the Retreat
My husband and I have enjoyed the Tall Tree properties on several occasions now and, once again, we were amazed by the loveliness of the setting, and the hospitality provided by the owners leaves nothing to be desired. We'll be back!

Unparalleled Lake House Seclusion
An amazing one week stay for our family of three was made possible by this secluded hideaway in the trees where we enjoyed direct lake access for floating, kayaking, fishing, and evening campfires right next to the water. As the previous reviews mention, you really do not want for anything as the house is fully supplied for cooking gourmet meals, enjoying s’mores by the fire pit, and feeding the deer with the corn provided. We highly recommend this property for a lake getaway and couldn’t have been more pleased with the responsiveness and communication of the property owners.

Booked Tall Tree for our anniversary weekend - this place has thought of EVERYTHING l, seriously everything you need to be comfortable. From comfy beds to spices, aloe (only wish I had found sooner 🤣 I enjoyed the Missouri sun on the deck a little too much) and even s'mores! We enjoyed the wildlife - deer, squirrels, and hummingbirds! Every night we spent watching the sunsets from the hot tub and enjoying the stars. A truly relaxing weekend. As other have mentioned, the road is a bit rough so plan accordingly! We really can't say enough at how much we enjoyed this property!

The cabin has a fully sticked kitchen, laundry facilities and bathrooms which was amazing for our family! The hot tub was amazing and we spent every night overlooking the sunset as a family from it - it was great!

This home was wonderful and full of everything you need to settle in and have an easy stay. There were so many little extras that show the owners really want to make it comfortable. We loved the welcome basket and the kids really enjoyed the smores kit and ice cream maker. Communication with the owners was excellent. The house was very clean, well kept and organized. The house had things like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, tin foil, cling wrap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, lots of condiments, frosty beer mugs in freezer and more. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, hot pads, kitchen towels, etc. There were games and dvds for rainy days when we got out of the hot tub. There were chairs down by the rock beach for some quiet lake time. I'm not sure if the internet would be strong enough on poor weather days for someone who needs to work online/zoom all day but we didn't end up working at all so it was good enough for us. Other reviews said road was rough going in. We have an odyssey van and went slow and it was no problem. We'd love to stay here again, it was such a treat.
