Voucher NOT honored

I booked Best Western on this road trip because I had a $50 voucher from BW. Hotels.com recorded my payment as prepaid, even though I had requested "pay at the hotel" so that I could use the voucher. I was very disappointed in how the 3rd party misrepresented my booking so that I could not use a valid voucher on this trip.

This poor motel! It needs to be renovated to where the floor covering is the same throughout. The breakfast room was too small to feed and seat people. The Accessible room was very dark.

No Elevators

Warning-They have no elevators. If you get a room on one of the upper floors, you will need to lug them upstairs. For a family of four, that did not work.
