Overall we had a pleasant experience, hotel has what it states but the walls of the room are fairly thin insulated so a normal conversation can be heard over the next room. This was more of an annoying thing during the sleeping hours but something to be noted non the less.

The service was great, food was excellent. When we arrived one of our rooms was not ready so we waited until 4. Check-in time. Our room still wasnt done at 4:10. Whe we adked the housekeeper if it was done she said yes. Well beds were not made towels were hanging evetywhere, we told her it wasnt done and she clearly looked at us and said im sorry i dont speak english....ok you just did. went downstairs and they did send another housekeeper up and she was great. The first housekeeper only wanted to be on her phone. We were told pool was heated, it is not. No biggie. Showers were slightly warm.we would stay again tho.

Our stay was for an extended weekend with 3 adult family. We were out most of the day and returned only to shower & sleep. We did have breakfast all three mornings. Full breakfast menu. Only Big issue was the Coffee machine was not working but they had another small machine in lobby area which we didn’t try. Plenty of parking in lot. Hotel was conveniently located by major highway. We drove to Salem, Big Mistake, $50 to park!! 2nd day we took the T Metro train line at Beverly Station that goes to Salem and Boston. Most Locals we spoke to were very nice with helping out with the process.

This hotel is in a really nice area with beautiful trees. Didnt get to try the breakfast but they had a lot to offer. The rooms were roomy with average beds. Our room had a little bit of a funny smell but nothing too crazy. Overall, it was a decent stay for our Salem weekend.
