Clean hotel with good breakfast. Cleaning staff did a great job. However various maintenance problems went unattended. During our five day stay, one of the two elevators was broken during the whole time. No attempt was made to fix it. The TV in our room never worked, despite several requests to the front desk. They did offer to switch our room. Also, water stains on the bathroom ceiling.

Paid for non-smoking room,got up in morning and people in next room were smoking , not good to wake up to. I am going to assume a non-smoking room wouldn't have a smoking room adjoining it
