Stayed for several days, the front desk staff needs to be trained a bit better, they were not able to answer my questions The breakfast staff were wonderful and always smiling, A for breakfast items and cleanliness. Parking onsite is $25 a night, be prepared, as I wasn't.

Room was kind of beat up, carpet was stained and damaged. They need to clean better behind the beds, lots of dust, candy wrappers, bottle caps, etc. had to call maintenance as the toilet got backed up and overflowed for some unknown reason.

Great location, walkable to what we wanted to do in Salem, MA. Although it was $25 a night, it was good to have our vehicle in a garage. Room was very clean and the included breakfast was welcome. The shower door would not stay all the way closed while taking a shower. It would slide open slightly.
