Very noisy during the night. There as a lot of noise. The floor above us breakfast was marginal. There was no regular coffee ready. When we went down for breakfast they told us it would be there in 3 minutes and it was more like 15. You managed to grab a cup on our way out the door.

If you are a light sleeper, request a room at the front of the hotel, because the back of the hotel overlooks a trucking concern, and the trucks come and go all night, beep beep beeping. I did not sleep.

The property is clean, and the staff are really nice. The airport shuttle service is also convenient. The only thing I didn’t like is that the location is outside of downtown, so I had to take an Uber to get there.

My only complaint is I had to wait 45 mins for the shuttle— hotel is only 15 mins away and I called at 10:43pm so not a super busy time. Very tiring

Our stay here was a quick overnight stop before a very early flight out of Logan -- we were honestly just looking for a place to sleep! This hotel far exceeded our expectations -- the staff was efficient and wonderful, recommending a nearby pizza shop that delivered, even though it was close to 9 PM, and then giving us a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave for the airport before the onsite cafe opened. The transport to the airport was ontime and managed various needs of passengers professionally. And the room was terrific -- large enough and comfortable with a great shower. A wonderful way to start our trip!!

They have 1 small shuttle that fills up fast and doesn’t start before 4 am. The grab and go breakfast was a joke! It’s a bottle of water, tiny muffin and an even smaller apple!

Noisy ac unit ruins stay

everything was satisfactory about this hotel except for one thing: the incredibly noisy air conditioning/heating window unit. It must've woken me up at least a half a dozen times during the night.

Dubious cleanliness - there was hair on the sheets and I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been changed in the room since they also seemed pressed down on the mattress… also, noisy! Constant sound of trains and machinery and what sounded like car alarms. Bathroom was clean and the water was hot. Breakfast was fine. Staff was nice.

Hotel is good value for the price and there is an airport shuttle bus which does make things a little easier. Room was a good size and very clean. Staff were very helpful.
