The staff is friendly. The only thing that would make it better is if you could schedule your shuddle from the airport prior to arriving. Was a long wait on hold to schedule it then a long wait for it to arrive

If you are looking for a hotel with a shuttle to the airport this is a great option! The hotel is nice and clean and the shuttle makes going to the airport easy. The hotel isn’t close to any Boston sites but it’s easy and cheap to take an Uber.

We did not try the breakfast. Check in was excellent and front desk and housekeeping were very helpful when we needed a filter for our coffee maker. Both of the shuttle drivers we had were very pleasant. We appreciated the shuttle to the airport.

We were placed in room 150. Initially, the room looked beautiful and was very clean. However, neither one of us slept at all because we were next to the elevators and heard all the comings and goings. We also got to hear everyone else’s alarms go off at all hours. Also, we had broken tiles leading to the bathroom that shifted when walking. Front desk they were full and couldn’t move us and advised me to “be careful” when walking barefoot on the tile. Shuttle was awesome though!

Room was really nice. Girl on reception was friendly and helpful. Waited for 45mins at airport for the shuttle even though we were told 15mins! No bar or or restaurant for evening meals, which after a long flight and waiting for so long for the transfer was a big disappointment. There are not many options for eating in the vicinity either.

This was the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in but I booked it because of shuttle from airport to hotel after a13 hour international travel day. The shuttle took 1.5 hours to pick me up.. it was dark and I waited that long even tho I was told it would take 20-30 minutes. I was out on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes trying to find out what was going on. The girl at front desk should have had more help with customers. As there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee I will be seeking compensation.

The airport shuttle took approximately 1 1/2. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, the room rates were high for the quality of the hotel and rooms, however it probably was a matter of supply and demand...high demand night.

Very pleased with my stay. The hotel and rooms were clean and updated. Excellent fitness room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Convenient walk to bus and commuter rail lines. Will definitely book again in the future.
