Facility was clean and hotel staff was nice. Parking is fast and easy. Check in and out a breeze. Had issues with Starbucks with how the manager treated staff in front of customers. Housekeeping entered my room while I was asleep, several hours before check out.

Another great stay at the Westin Seaport. Breakfast at Sauciety was wonderful and the selection was great. Kenny gave us such great service that we felt like VIPs. This is our sixth holiday year at the Westin and Kenny has been there every time to greet us with his hospitality. This year we met Toulain (sp?) Her hospitality was second to none. From serving us cocktails New Year's eve at The Birch Bar, to hosting our breakfast the next morning at Sauciety. She made us feel so welcome, as if we were family. We hope to see everyone next year if not sooner. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Room had several blemishes (I.e. dirty mirror, funny smell when heat was on). The entire hotel is feather free which is a plus due to severe allergy. We were put an ADA room which should have been saved in my opinion. The room was smaller compared to regular rooms but had bigger bathroom for wheelchair accessibility. Staff was short when checking in. My friends had to let me know how to take care of parking and use if vouchers.

I loved that the staff came right away when I called about a minor issue. The staff were very attentive and quick to respond. I had a very nice view of city. What I didn’t enjoy was that the pool was too crowded and there were not really enough chairs. But overall, I loved staying at this hotel. I totally recommend it.
