This 2br/2ba, 1200sf apartment is perfect for your base camp needs. It’s a street-level unit with super easy access for loading and unloading your luggage.

There is a roomy king bed in the Master Bedroom and a comfy queen bed in the second bedroom. Both rooms have darkened shading for late morning sleep-in.

Relax with a 50-inch TV and free cable and internet access. There is, also, a small office area with desk and printer available. For those who remember them, there are board and card games to play and books to read.

The fully-appointed kitchen has complete set of dining tableware, and plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils for home cooking, if cooking is your thing.

For the pups: There’s a small, fenced back yard and a dog park just across the street.

This comfy apartment is located on the north side of downtown Bozeman. So close to everything! The fairgrounds are ½ block away. Downtown’s fine restaurants and shops are a short (.8 mile) walk, bike, or drive away. MSU is, also, close by. (GO BOBCATS!). Bridger Bowl Ski Resort (with ski hill ride services) is just 14 miles from this apartment.

Bozeman

We enjoyed the space of this rental. Nice bedrooms and living room space. It was pet friendly and had a fence in the backyard but unfortunately the gate did not go all the way down to the grass therefore we could not leave our little pup outside un leashed. We had difficulty with the deadbolt on the morning we checked out. We had to carry all our belongings out the back door and around front to our car. Apparently the owner knew the lock was having issues but didn’t rectify the problem before our stay. The WiFi information in the guestbook was not correct but I was able to text the owner and he provided the updated login for me. Good communication there.

Everything You Need In One Place!

Can't say enough about the property. It was accurately described but better. It is so nice having the entire house! It was one of the few places we could find with 2 bedrooms with one having a king bed. Best of all two baths! Perfect location. Totally enjoyed our stay!

French visit

My 2 French friends and my daughter. And I shared the Space. I grew up there and my french friend became a cowboy there and he brought his wife to show her around. We combined a family reunion with this is it and it was wonderful.

Bozeman graduation

This was the perfect place for us-close to everything, but still quiet and private. Very comfortable bed, comfortable furniture to relax at the end of the day. Loved the space we had to read a book, sit on the deck, have morning coffee. This was our first trip to Bozeman, but we will be back! Hope this property is available for our next trip too.

Cozy, clean, and centrally located

Had a really nice visit to Bozeman staying at this property. The online listing does not completely capture how spacious and clean this 2-bedoom unit is. The kitchen is well-equiped, which is nice when serving hungry MSU students. Check in was super simple, and communication with the owner was seamless. Parking is easily accessible out front HIghly recommend for families or couples who want to explore the area!

Prime location

Family of 4 with two 5 year old boys. Great property. Upstairs rental not an issue sound wise. The beds were very comfortable. Clean, nice property. Location is prime spot. Super close to downtown or any other area of Bozeman you want to explore. No better way to say it than close to everything! Two negatives. Dryer was out of order but hey mechanical stuff happens. Only real negative was a lack of towels that was never rectified during our stay. Oh well, we had a blast. And would definitely rent this property again.

Great Location - Beautiful House

I stayed at this location with 3 of my friends for my bachelorette party weekend so we could explore the area and enjoy the beautiful area of Bozeman. The house was nice and location was perfect, walking distance to downtown. We ran info a few minor inconveniences with the house such as a dryer that did not work and a couple other things. I reached out to the host via text and he was very responsive. Overall, a great stay, make sure you sign the guest book!

The property owner was very responsive to any issue we had.

The long term tenant upstairs was very quiet. Didn't hear them. The neighborhood is close to the action, but far enough to be restful. Close to the highway, if you're heading to Big Sky or Livingston to sight see close by.

Nice efficient space just north of downtown Bozeman

The property exceeded our expectations. It’s plenty large enough for four people. The location is also great being close enough to Main St while being far away enough to ensure peace and quiet. The property managers were quick to respond to all our questions and very helpful. This is not a showcase property with exceptional views. It is a great space for remote working and people who will be out and about all day.

Fairgrounds Wedding

This property was ideally located by the fairgrounds where we attended a wedding. It is in a very quiet neighborhood plus the unit is nicely appointed equipped and quiet. Never knew there was someone in upper unit.
